Return & Exchange Policy
1. General
- All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are accepted only as per this policy.
- Customers are advised to verify product details, quantity, and condition before billing and delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Cement, sand, metal (aggregate), bricks, blocks
- Paint (opened / tinted / mixed)
- Electrical items once opened
- Cut lengths of pipes, wires, rods, plywood, or glass
- Sanitary and plumbing items once installed or used
- Special order and bulk purchase items
3. Return / Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item supplied by the shop
- Transit damage (to be reported immediately)
4. Time Limit
- Any return or exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery or purchase.
- No requests will be entertained after this period.
5. Conditions for Return
- Goods must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- Original bill or invoice must be produced.
- Packaging, labels, and seals must be intact.
- The shop reserves the right to inspect the product before approval.
6. Exchange Policy
- Approved returns may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided in cash.
- Approved refunds, if any, will be issued as store credit or adjustment against future purchases.
- Processing time for approved refunds may take 3–7 working days.
8. Transport & Handling
- Transportation and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return transport arrangements, if required, are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on the shop’s part.
9. Final Decision
- The management’s decision on all return and exchange matters shall be final and binding.
10. Acceptance
- Purchasing goods from Hardware Cargo Online Shop implies acceptance of this Return & Exchange Policy.
