Terms and Conditions

1. General

    These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, services, and transactions carried out by Hardware Cargo, located at Mangaluru.       By purchasing goods or availing services from our shop, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Sales

     All products sold are subject to availability.

     Product specifications, prices, and quantities may change without prior notice.

     Cement, paint, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and other construction materials are sold as per manufacturer standards.

3. Prices

     Prices are as displayed at the shop or mentioned in the invoice.

     Prices are inclusive or exclusive of GST as mentioned in the bill.

     Any increase in government taxes, duties, or freight charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Payment Terms

     Payments can be made online or UPI.

     Full payment must be made before delivery.

5. Delivery

     Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to availability, transport, or uncontrollable factors.

     Unloading arrangements are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.

     The shop is not responsible for damages once goods are delivered and acknowledged.

6. Returns & Exchanges

     Returns or exchanges are not accepted once materials are sold, except in case of manufacturing defects.

     Any defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

     Cement, sand, metal, paint, tiles, electrical items, and cut materials are generally non-returnable.

      Returned goods must be in original condition with invoice.

7. Quality & Warranty

     All products carry warranty only as provided by the respective manufacturers.

     The shop is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or application of materials.

8. Cancellations

      Hardware Cargo reserves the right to cancel the order if in case the pick up vehicle is to reachable to the delivery location.

      Cancellations are accepted till 7 AM. 

9. Claims

     Quantity and visible condition of goods must be verified at the time of delivery.

     No claims will be entertained after delivery acknowledgement.

10. Liability

       The shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of products sold.

       Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the goods sold.

12. Force Majeure

       The shop shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to acts beyond its control, including natural calamities, strikes,          transport disruptions, or government restrictions.

13. Acceptance of Terms

       Purchase of goods from Hardware Cargo online shop constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
